Sanna Kannisto became known in the early 2000s for her works depicting plants and animals of rainforests. Since then, his interest in photographing birds has taken him to Ponza Island in Italy and Baikal in Russia. When immortalizing birds, Kannisto cooperates with researchers and ringers. In recent years, he has focused on filming in Hanko. Kannisto is a romantic hiker who picks things that interest him from nature research and uses them to make pictures.
